The Collage Project is a collection of series that feature vintage magazine icons, with a focus on social issues and equality. Each collage is composed of original work, with images placed and sized by hand to create emotion and meaning. The intention is to juxtapose and distort old images with current issues they were originally portraying. The theme of the project is centered around current social topics, such as prostitution, child abuse, discrimination, women's equality rights, marriage, friendship, and love. The project aims to vouch for the beauty of imperfection and convey a message through its art.
